With a global career spanning almost two decades across business, property, hospitality, and the creative industries, Laura-Jade’s natural curiosity, intuition and analytical mind have seen her make a splash in both the creative and commercial worlds.

Founder of Australian brand and business-strategy agency, Manifesto – previously known as Monday Agency – she has led $50-$250M+ brands and projects as head strategist and creative director, bringing a genuine love of collaboration, a refreshed perspective, and her British sense of wit to each project.

It’s not about the hustle though. Laura-Jade’s deep interest in self-discovery and the human experience has led her to cultivate a new approach to work and success. One that prioritises purpose, calls upon an innate wisdom, and nourishes each day with meaningful connections.
